The Big Picture

Think of Expedition Give as The Amazing Racewith a unique charity twist. In this five-hour scavenger hunt, teams of two will race all over the city collecting items, taking pictures, and completing community service projects to earn points. At the end of the race, the teams with the most points take home some really cool prizes.

Here are some more important things to know about Expedition Give:

Earning Points

There are three ways to earn points:

1. Sneak Peek Clues during initial checkin
2. Completing tasks correctly during the event
3. Finishing early
   by 3:00pm = 20pts, by 3:30pm = 15pts, by 4:00pm = 12pts, by 4:30pm = 10pts

Sample Clues

• 21 Points: Make your way to The Dell in Ansley Park. Under the supervision of a Park Pride volunteer, move one wheelbarrow of mulch across the park and spread it as directed to help beautify the park.
• 13 Points: Find our sandwich creation station on Crescent Avenue, and use the supplies provided to make 2 sandwiches per team to be distributed tomorrow morning at the Trinity Table, Atlanta's largest Sunday-only soup kitchen.
• 15 Points: Did you know that 1 in 8 Americans does not have enough access to food? Return to the finish line with 10 new, non-perishable food items for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Sneak Peek Clues

Want a head start? All teams that signup before the day of the event will be emailed 5 clues from the clue list that they can complete before the race and bring to check-in. Sneak Peek emails will go out no sooner than 1 weeks prior to the event.

Bummed that you can only have a team of two? We're introducing new dimensions to Expedition Give with group play. Get a group of your friends, coworkers, family, or club members together for a great afternoon battling each other or other groups.
